Whether you are new to wine tasting or a longtime expert, the Oregon Wine University® classes and engaging instructors are sure to lead you to be a more astute wine lover.

Join us as Lisa Sherrill, a Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park trained Chef and Co-Chair of the Oregon Wine University takes us behind the scenes at SOU. Come learn about the many ways that wine can be incorporated with a meal and simple techniques to take flavors to a whole new level. Due to the hands-on nature of this class, students should come prepared to slice, dice, cook, eat and drink. Only 14 seats are available for this intimate class.
