Oregon Wine University offers a variety of fun, engaging and unique classes that allow you to better understand, pair and treasure the fullness of wine from Oregon and beyond. These classes take place year-round!

You Custom Crushed It
Naumes Suncrest Winery, 1950 Suncrest Road, Talent, OR 97540
April 28, 4–7 p.m.
“You Custom Crushed It” is exactly the goal in this unique and creative class. The fun begins at Naumes Suncrest Winery with savory culinary bites as Winemaker, Chris Graves takes you through a wine blending trial where you have the opportunity to create your own custom blend to take home. Bravo Wine Tours will then escort you to the Naumes Crush & Fermentation facility for an inside peek at how one of Southern Oregon’s top custom crush facilities makes unique wines for clients and several award-winning wines. This guided tour will include barrel tasting, discussion on the winemaking process from grape to bottle and unforgettable memories.
Farm to Glass at Troon

Rogue Creamery Cheese & Wine Pairing

One of our most popular Oregon Wine University classes of the year, this one is too good to pass up! It’s time to enjoy as one of Oregon’s only certified Frommagiers, Tom Van Voorhees of the Rogue Creamery joins a certified Sommelier and EdenVale’s Anne Root and Ashley Campanella to cultivate one of the best and most unique wine and cheese pairing classes in the state. Their refreshing delivery paired with their formidable knowledge makes this class a triple threat of fun. We won’t leave you empty-handed as you wrap up your experience with an award-winning bottle of wine and a Rogue Creamery Cheese voucher.

We are excited to bring back this Oregon Wine University classic under the tent to kick off the Oregon Wine Experience week! Led by Riedel expert MariBeth Baumberger, you will taste from a curated collection of Riedel Voloce wine glasses and discover why and how each glass makes a difference on the palate! Enjoy artisan cheese and charcuterie provided by the Oregon Cheese Cave while savoring medal-winning Oregon wines.
