Oregon Wine University offers a variety of fun, engaging and unique classes that allow you to better understand, pair and treasure the fullness of wine from Oregon and beyond. These classes take place year-round! Registration pages will be available on this page as classes are scheduled and keep an eye out for emails.
Anchor Series: Featuring classes that pair wine with everything from award winning theater to world famous blue cheese to the perfect glass. This series offers fun and unique opportunities to be a more astute wine lover and is perfect for those new to wine tasting or a longtime expert.
Advanced Series: Mingle with talented winemakers and top wine professionals as they guide you to the next level of wine appreciation and education. This curriculum is tailored for the more advanced consumer and industry professional to enhance their knowledge of wine.

Physician by day and wine educator by night – Dr. Peter Adesman commands a cult “cork dork” following in Oregon. Join Peter as he leads a side-by-side tasting of some of the best wines produced in the Old World next to some of the brightest stars produced in Oregon. Which wines will your palate prefer?
