For 10 audacious auction victors and culinary enthusiasts, this exquisite five-course dinner showcases locally sourced farm-to-table cuisine amidst stunning scenery. Each course will be accompanied by a wine from Abacela, including rare library selections, served in the Bacchus Room at Abacela’s Vine & Wine Center. Designed with eco-consciousness at its core, the center boasts an open layout and a heat rise tower, featuring a geothermal heating and cooling system that maintains its environmentally friendly ethos. The Gran Reserva-style Paramour, a wine inspired by the Middle English term ‘paramour’ which signifies ‘other love’, has been meticulously chosen from Abacela’s finest lots of Tempranillo as a blend of their most age-worthy and exceptional offerings. Your hosts, CEO Dr. Greg Jones and Winemaker Andrew Wenzl, will lead you on a singular journey, where you will savor this sumptuous, full-bodied, and captivating wine alongside a carefully curated menu and other delightful wines.
